Food was good so props to the kitchen staff. That's where the good part ends.
Went to drive-through and ordered a burger combo. Got part way home and realised the receipt was for a different order. I brought it back to get the right one. The girl at the counter said "how can i help you" then part way through my explanation of the issue, she cut me off to listen to her headset. She then had another guy come and ask what the issue was. I had to explain the problem multiple times because he wouldn't let me finish what i was saying. The manager or supervisor came out and told the girl to go to the drive trough and left me unattended. The guy that was helping me had to remind the manager that i was standing right there. She came back out and gave the staff heck. The first girl started crossing her arms and pouting, complaining about a headache, while the manager went back into the kitchen. Finally, my burger came out and the guy was confused because there were 2 of the same burger in the chutes. They started trying to figure out why there were 2 there and the manager had to tell them to bag my order and deal with the extra burger after.
Next time i will go across the street...

Read moreWent in, 3-4 customers ahead of me, not bad, I thought. Waited literally an hour on my way to Vancouver, set my travel back an entire hour waiting for 2 baby burgers-literally meat ketchup and bun. I normally would have just asked for a refund but I had figured I was already into it 30 minutes, it could only be a few more minutes. Nope, another full half hour. The management there really needs to buck up and delegate. The staff had no communication skills, no one was talking to one another, no food coming out of the kitchen for an entire half hour. It's hard not to take it out on the staff, I know it's not their fault. They need to really figure out their staffing issues and hire a team that works better together rather than meek employees who aren't willing to grab the reins and take control.
