Love this farmer's Market! First visited many year ago, when it was still an outdoor event in a parking lot ... my how it's grown, and all for the good! I love being able to shop local and know my money is going into the pockets of our farmers, and so supporting families and food security in the region - especially this year, when the weather has dealt them a blow. Wolfville Farmer's Market truly has pretty much everything you need, fresh every week, and most pricing is competitive with the grocery stores. SO - no reason NOT to shop local farmers! DID I MENTION: great food vendors and coffee on Saturday mornings? Live music? Potters, woodworkers, jewellery makers, artists, home decor?? ALSO: wfm to go!! They have an online pre-order system, so you can shop from your home, and have your order delivered to a hub for you to pick up! Great vibe, great...

If you want to see the faces of what makes the valley such a welcoming community, go here! Your senses will get a fantastic treat! You can hear music, see the art and colours, smell the food and taste the food! The vendors are so friendly and inviting and there’s room to sit down and eat your spoils once you decide what will be your breakfast, or brunch or snack for the morning.😊

The late summer is a great time to visit, as almost everything is in full swing and the produce is at its peak of yum!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this market with its music buskers and variety of food stalls. Pastries, fresh bread and one proprietor made and sold yummy Montreal Style bagels. If you like Haskap berries- Haskap berry preserve is sold there. There were limited fresh vegetable stalls with the usual selection that you'd find in the grocery stores but the quality of the farmer's produce was good.
