Valparaíso City was disappointing during my visit. The streets felt unsafe, especially at night, with little police presence. Cleanliness is a major issue—there's trash in many areas, and some parts smell bad. El Cerro Bellavista ubicado en el centro de los cerros porteños, debe su nombre a la bella vista que tiene de Valparaíso. Está ubicado entre la quebrada del Circo, actualmente calle Ricardo Ferrari y la quebrada de Yerbas Buenas actualmente la calle Yerbas Buenas.
