A upscale restaurant catered towards tourists and large tour groups. Easily able to accommodate a large tour group of 12 people with one 4 person table and one 8 person table. Servers here speak fantastic English and was impressed that they were able to take orders for all 12 of us without even wiring anything down. The food however fell a little bit short considering the high price. I ordered from a set menu and the 2 dishes below cost over 30USD. The fish ceviche I would have expected to have more fish and more flavor. The fish had a slightly fishy taste and the texture was not quite on par with the best ceviche from around the world. Quite disappointing considering the famous sea port and fish market nearby and the restaurant owners are fishermen. The seafood paella I had was also only average. Portion sizes were quite large and was easily able to fill me up. Here the seafood was slightly better with the mussels tasting fresh but the rice texture was not quite right. PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Contraté el local para realizar mi matrimonio, con un año de anticipación, el cual fui seguidas veces durante el año hablé con chef, con el dueño, con el anfitrión, garzanes etc.. “todo bien” para el día. Llega el día, y horrible servicio organización negasta, momentos en los cuales quedaron tiempos muertos que nisiquera servían un vaso de agua a los invitados, al reclamar decían que no estaba dentro del presupuesto ( que no cumplieron ), al final llevaron jarras de becker con agua y las dejaron en una mesa. Llegó la hora de la comida, menú de dos personas vegano , avisado desde muuuucho antes sin entrada ni postre 💆🏻‍♀️.. la garzona tuvo que solucionar. En la cotización libre demanda de vinos y bebidas a la mesa y los garzones diciendo que era un vino por mesa a los invitados ( mesas de 10 personas ) … Llegó la hora de la fiesta y barra abierta en la cual comenzaban juntas en la cotización , eran las 22:00 pm y el dueño dice que la barra se habré a las 23:00 pm… nisiquera había AGUA BEBIDA NADA.. abrió la barra 22:30 pm ya que personas de mi familia y nosotros novios pedimos.. barra abierta de destilados incluyendo wisky (nunca hubo), y tragos preparados monitos, frutas coladas, sour etc (no hubo nada de eso) había UNA BOTELLA DE LITRO Y MEDIO PREPARADA CON DAIKIRI 🤦🏻‍♀️ , al preguntarle por los otros tragos que supuestamente estaban en la cotización, dijeron que simplemente no habían… Momento de enfrentar al dueño mostrar la cotización y decirte todo lo que no había cumplido, se lavó las manos echando la culpa a todos sus trabajadores, conjunto a su polola que es la bartender del local unos ordinarios eran las 1:10 de la mañana y arbitrariamente dicen que se cierra la barra al ver que les estábamos reclamando, ahí se forma un alboroto de palabras.. en el cual DANIEL SE LEVANTA DE SU SILLA Y DICE QUIERES PELEAR QLO A UN INVITADO.. DANIEL EL DUEÑO Y SU POLOLA SOLO SE LLENAN LOS BOLSILLOS, escudándose en sus trabajadores los cuales es un rata ( les paga 25 lks por evento ) teniéndolos todo el día… diciendo que el finde se le perdió su computador con la información, información la cual yo le entregué todo vía wsp… NEFASTA LA ATENCIÓN, NEFASTO EL LOCAL.. Aparte de decir que le quedé debiendo dinero , el cual al momento de hacer la denuncia en el sernac nos dimos cuenta que habíamos transferido 100mil de mas los cuales nunca él nos dijo… PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA OJALÁ NADIE HAGA SUS EVENTOS AQUÍ SE LLEVARAN UNA...

I visited this place during my vacation last December (2017) in Chile. I was with a group of Brazilians led by two Chilean tourist guides. They decided to take us to this place, so we just accepted. The overall experience was nice. The environment looks good, almost everything made out of wood. Very friendly waitresses. Awesome view to the sea.
