Hotel Puerto natura — Hotel in Valparaíso

Generally unpleasant experience. The bed was small and uncomfortable. There was no mucama service, no air conditioning, nor trash service (our bathroom trash was overflowing by the end of our 2-day stay). The sink was leaky. They advertised a "sea view" and the sea was not visible from our hotel room (even though we paid more for the sea view). The terrace that they advertised was shared and had public access (not private).

The jacuzzi supposedly was without reservation, but they failed to inform us that this only applied if you didn't want the water to be hot. We then asked for them to heat it up for us for the following morning, and it was not ready. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see your feet (which is a safety hazard).

The only good thing was breakfast which was very good EXCEPT that on the last day of our stay they heated the milk for our coffee so much that it was cheese by the time it got to our table.

L'hôtel est aménagé dans une maison d'architecte (Sebastian Collado), le même a l'origine de la Sebastiana, maison appartenant à Pablo Neruda et actuellement aménagée en musée, a 5 min à pied. Une des terrasses intérieure situé au dernier étage nous offre a ce propos une vue panoramique sur la ville et une vue directe sur la Sebastiana. Le lieu est aussi un spa et offre des services de soins et massages dont nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter. Le lieu est très calme, les chambres spacieuses, lumineuse et propres. Les hotes sont très accueillants et très investis : petit déjeuner maison copieux et varié, conseils pour la visite de la ville, les transports, les restaurants. Des stationnements sont disponibles dans la rue, en face du commissariat. Même si l'hôtel est un peu excentré des lieux touristiques principaux, il est idéalement placé pour réaliser une boucle depuis la Sebastiana, le musée a ciel ouvert,... A recommander pour la decouverte de...

Primero lo bueno, masajes, limpieza facial, baño de tina y sauna estuvieron bien. Lo malo, cuando llegamos nos dejaron en una sala heladisima (pasamos frío la mayor parte del tiempo), un joven me cobra inmediatamente la diferencia a pagar, jamás se presentó y además me dice que la masajista viene tarde, no tuvo la amabilidad de ofrecer un café por el frío y la espera. Creo que eso podrían mejorar, calefaccionar el lugar invertir en una estufa, ofrecer te/café si no cumplen con los tiempos, y que su personal tenga mejor trato a los clientes. Y el frio que pasamos horrible, hacia más frío adentro que afuera, ni los masajes...
