Dan Executive Apartment — Attraction in Guangzhou City

My first time staying at the Dan Apartments and I will be back. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and bars. Felt perfectly safe at night due to all the security cameras around. Free Shuttle Bus service to the trade fair took 10 minutes of a morning and around 20 to 25 minutes of an evening to get back.||||I had a one-bedroom apartment that also had a lounge area, table and chairs, kitchenette and washing machine. Each floor only has 3 apartments and your room key once scanned in the lift automatically knows what floor you are on so no one can get there with out the correct key making it feel very safe.||||The apartment is clean and neat, I had a balcony which was nice to sit at after a long day. Downstairs you have a bar just before you enter reception called the Jolly Roger, a great meeting place to sit and relax also. I really liked this hotel for their great room layout - a seperate kitchen with a stove and dishes and a large refridgerator as well as a small balcony with a washer and a line to hang drying. Very convenient for families! Also there's a large sofa in the living room with a good sized table and four chairs where you can eat, lots of storage in the bedrooms; overall excellent room especially for the price. Breakfast was ok, not a wide variety of food(few western options so you're aware) and the staff at breakfast hovered over my family sighing in annoyance with my two year old dropped anything (which I know is not fun, but we picked it up not the staff and hey, kids drop things sometimes). I booked the apartment for a family of 4. The apartment was close to Liede station and free shuttle buses were provided to go to the station. This meant that is was convenient to go to nearby attractions like Gunagdong Museum (1 station away) and Canton Tower Station (2 stations away). It was even convenient to go to nearby shopping areas. The apartment was spacious, the service was very good and the employees were also really polite. In addition, the receptionists could speak English too. There was also a Family Mart and a Starbucks next to the hotel. Other restaurants like McDonald’s were relatively close too.
