Firstly, let me say WOW! We were staying here and walked to the CIFF each day as its just over the road. The staff were always smiling and doing their best to make you comfortable. The food and beverages were outstanding! The food was fresh and served up very fast, considering the work that was put into the preparation of each plate. The beverages were flowing, quite a large selection and very well priced! The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and room service is there if you need it...the staff will clean your entire room (even make your bed if you have forgotten...somehow?!) The bathrooms are open and the shower is beaut! There are 2 girls that play music around tea time and you can also request a song(s) of your choice (they know most of them) and they are very good! The massage treatment is up there with the best, its the traditional chinese massage, the masseuse's are very professional and its the perfect way to wind down after a 10 hour day walking around. The pool is large and quite often un-used so you may want to give that a shot, along with the steam room and sauna. Overall, the operating standard of this hotel surprised me...have experienced some very bad hotels over the years and every now and then you come across a gold mine! Keep up the solid professionalism guys...will be back!
