Cyberport Waterfront Park is one heck of a spacious pet-friendly park situated along the coast. With the outstanding lawn and gorgeous looking view of East Lamma Channel and Lamma Island, this is one of the must-visit parks in Hong Kong. If you have pets, make sure to bring them along, I am sure they will have so much fun over there.
One thing to keep in mind is due to its popularity, it gets pretty crowded in the weekends though, thus if you really want to chill and feel the tranquility of nature, I highly suggest you to visit in the weekdays.

It is only about 10M above Sea level meaning one faces the vast Sea directly and horizontally given a most spectacular, unhindered views of the remote islands. The Park was quiet and not congested with Sunset photographers. It is a nice place to visit and of course taking pictures.
