Been here several times and the service at this place is horrendous! Orders forgotten, bills billed inaccurately, and most recently when trying to redeem Club LM points redemption for a takeaway, the restaurant Manager Evelyn gave us the most absurd reason that I’ve to pay service charge for takeaway ice-cream! I showed her the T&C that redemption don’t have to pay service charge but her fervently insisted that I have to pay service charge. Redeemed this so many times in my previous membership, and was NEVER asked to pay service charge for something I should’ve “earned” in my membership points. Makes absolutely no sense that I’ve to pay service charge for a freebie. The item cost $0 so service charge is $0. 🤦🏻♀️
Everytime we dine there there’s an issue and can be quite embarrassing bringing guests there. Much better food and service at Nam Fong & Umami. Forget about Southside Bistro. It’s the worst 5* Hotel...

However the service quality is absolutely horrid, it’s not that they are short staffed, it’s that the staff does not seem trained in any way shape or form. Staff constantly forgets orders and has to be reminded a few times. It’s coming right out basically means I forgot to put it in so it will be another 20 min. Majority of the waiters are also constantly gathered at the front chit chatting so good luck flagging them down. I’m literally writing this as I’m seating inside praying the waiter will look my way so I can get the check…
