Terrible service and huge attitude problem. Workers just chatting with customers and not giving attention to the line. Napkin box running empty and the worker grudgingly refilled when asked. This has got to be one of the nicest (and most isolated) Starbucks. This coffee shop is located in the Cyberport mall on level 2 (i think) it's quite a maze.
