The Arcade at Cyberport — Local services in Hong Kong

The view of Cyberport is good, the garden beside of sea. But the transportation is too less, minibus, and buses are not frequently enough. The mall is totally wasted, should bring in more different shops also increase the traffic frequency. The park is pet-friendly, people can bring their pets for a walk and play. The cinema is also good as well, the seats are comfortable. The price is appropriate. Many foods can choose outside the cinema. But when you have to wait til the movie starts, you have nth to take a look. The only thing is take a walk in the park and play with the doggies, or see the view of surrounding. No shops inside. About the restaurant, also there is less choices. But luckily you can go to Aberdeen to seek the food, and so close to go there. The conclusion of this mall, I think they should’ve imported more shops, at least restaurant should be more choices, otherwise, there are totally wasted in this kind of good location. I will come again coz the cinema is cheaper than outside, but if the shops would be increasing, that would be...

A wasteful piece of land, mostly the shops/ areas in the arcade are empty, 200 inch TV showing ads without people watching, big empty plaza without events most of the time.

There are some obsolete, locked shops originally as leisure centers for cyberport workers, now totally unused and couldn’t see a plan of reusing it.

The restaurants are mostly for workers here, and some rare patronages from students/visitors nearby. Most of the time are empty seated.

Not to mention the Cinema…

Wasted i don’t know many acre of land to this “Port”. Management definitely...

Not crowded, love shopping guys may not be interested in here. Some high-tech self order cart stalls here since last year.

Food court here as well, but don't expect too many restaurants... Pepper Lunch, Spaghetti stall, Thai, Japanese foods, available.

Real Estate Agency shops... I think 2 are enough but here .. I'd say too many in the arcade ^^

Location: Not difficult to access by bus, mini bus, taxi, driving (1 to 2 hours free parking if spending over certain amounts or just present the movie tickets).

Sum up, leisure place, good for wall along...
