Nam Fong — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

It’s been almost 3 years since my last visit. And this time we came back for gathering. New restaurant chef is on board and he had redefine what a good restaurant should be. We saw big change by not just the taste of the food, but also how they decorate the plate. Their dim sums are soooooo good!! I am very happy they open in cyberport! The price is reasonable and I think it has become my favorite yum cha place now.

Weekend is quite popular so a bit understaff. The thing I dislike most was the dessert which I forgot to take a photo (because I was so disappointed). Even more beautiful after the renovation. The food further improved from the high standards before the revamp, an impressive team. The only thing to mention for improvement is their teapot spout that keeps spilling on the table and the staff too busy to wipe off leaving an impression it is only a local restaurant and not a sophisticated four star hotel restaurant.
