This area is great for separating yourself from the busy life, in the hongkong streets. Where you can relax on rooftops, gather friends inside and grab a coffee, take your kids for a small outing where they can run around without worrying about cars. Although it is quite hard to find your way around, it is easy enough to locate what your most wanting, whether that includes eating, drinking, watching, chilling, relaxing, or just sitting on the grass watching the sunset.

The new zone entices the young start-ups by its comprehensive facilities, an array of sponsorship programs and stunning sea view. The weakness is mainly its location and transportation, which are more appealing to B2B business and programming companies.

Excellent collection of shops. Interesting architecture and technical detailing. The sloping site is well organised to provide a centralised fully accessible shopping precinct. The food court lacks a decent range of local food. Great site!

Cool futuristic place and brand new to boot! Lots of businesses and students. There’s an MCL and some cafes/restaurants. No shopping really. Accessible by bus, no train. Offers great views and a killer sunset over the water.

Nice environment, lots of great companies in here.. however it is quite a posh place.. food are not cheap..and a bit difficult to get to via public transport...
