Hong Kong Disneyland Resort — Attraction in Hong Kong

I think out of all the disneyland hotel that I've stayed, this is probably the least rated one. Though it's decent, I probably won't be back again. 1st of all, one would really expect everything to be Disney about this place. Becauce it's A Disneyland Hotel.

It's supposed to be everything about Disney! But compared to the other hotels around the world, (not sure if it's because it's old), decorations are really, really to the bare minimum. Even pictures huge on the wall are not Disney related? It's like just pictures of random flowers. And most importantly, it's not cheap.

Booking of rooms don't come with park tickets nor early access (you have to purchase separately), and even though there's a shuttle bus, you'll still be dropped at where the public traffic will be and you'll have to walk a super long way into the park.

I think the most disappointing thing for both the park and this hotel is that the staff are really not friendly and not hospitable at all.

90% of the staff here are really wearing a super miserable face, unwelcoming, or hostile. When asked questions, they are abit reluctant to answer. When asking to exchange pins when they are just standing there and not busy, they'd literally be super unwilling to do so.

Disneyland is supposed to be the 'happiest place on earth'. Even though your staff may not be having a good day, I do not expect to spend my money in a place to receive hostility for no reason.

I really hope there'll be some program put into place to change this. Because I can totally understand why so many people are telling me that HK Disneyland is not...

Avoid weekend at any cost since waiting time at each ride 45-90mins...its disgusting

Food is very very costly n tasteless especially for veg options is almost zero except penny pasta for 170$

Fireshow at 9pm not to be.missed...

Park open at 1030am n.close at 930pm, reach by mtr is best option

Lion theater is closed..very disappointing since thats the best attraction.

Full parade is missing like in California Disney...here is just 4mins parade of Micky n mouse only.

I found California Disney 10x better than Hong Kong...

Also one biggest issue is Mandarian langaugae as most of people n shows are in Chinese..not English

Better buy ticket online from agoda or klook on discount...

I have been in all disneylands in the world and this is the one with the worst costumer services. The cast members are so rude and they don’t show any magic. I had a bad experience with 3 cast members (Andy, Natalie and kin) at Toy Story land they were being racist with me and only being nice with people that speak Chinese. THAT girl In the picture (Natalie) and her lead Andy and kin shouldn’t be working on disney. This Disney is so trash that can’t even compare to Orlando, California, Paris, Tokyo...
