I have never seen buffalo wings like these before. Amazing how such an easy dish to make can be presented so badly. Undercooked or broiled wings with sauce added on top like cake decorations. Why can’t you bake just a bit longer and toss the sauce instead of putting it on top? It looks so stupid. Look at the photo. It looks like it was made and decorated by a 6 year old child. Come on guys, don’t do this. It looks so retarded and childish.

Your baking time has improved, because over the past several years, your ordinary wings were overcooked and dried. But now, it looks better as it looks broiled and not fried to dry out. Previously your wings looked mummified and dried up.

The “crispy chicken strips” was named wrong. Trust me, it is definitely not crispy, but its actually the opposite. It should be called the “dried chicken strips”. If you can show me ANYONE whom has ordered on delivery this dish has gotten a “crispy” chicken strips wins my respect.

Your “signature baked vegetables in Portuguese sauce” should actually read “tasteless watered down Portuguese sauce veggies”. This WAS a staple food in your menu years ago, but its now gone really bad. Its watered down. The HQ should really help out the stores by giving out real quality bags of sauces.

I hope your cream cheese and spinach melt can keep up with the quality. The melts were a bit small this time in terms of cheese inside. It was quite impressive when it first came out. Juicy and cheesy, but now….

Overall i think the quality of the food has deteriorated over the years. Service is superb though. Certainly hope HQ can improve again like before.

The box. Come on marketing people. Have you even attended school??? Tell me why a black and grey character from a anime is on the cover of half a box of the pizza box, and the brand name “Pizza Hut” is only 8.5cm x 1.5cm. Why?? Why can’t the name of the product which i am buying from have more exposure on the cover of the box? I am sure this anime is famous and popular. But for some, i came to eat pizza from pizza hut, and not anime. If the box had colors to it, you can do that by having a colorful anime, but bolding or highlighting the brand name. You can use color to do that and that would attract a lot of attention.

But if you are using cardboard grey and black media, then you have to be careful in your layout. Otherwise it will look dull, boring, bland, and not helping with your logo. This is exactly what is happening. Take a look at the box yourself. Its not a powerful...

I just discovered that a LARGE pizza at Pizza Hut in HK is actually a PAN sized pizza.

What happened here??? A large pizza from pizza hut can only feed 2 person, or 1 large westerner. Incredible.

The meat balls are basically mixed pork balls. I will never order from pizza hut again. Total rip off.

The food ordered is not the same as shown in the ads. I understand the images in the ads are always exaggerated.
