It probably depends which concert you want to visit, but the ticket I was trying to buy was pretty difficult to get online as a foreigner. However, it's possible to buy tickets at the ticket center on-site, which is open from Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 20:00. Shanghai’s game concerning concert halls is so up to date nowadays but this venue is not good for jazz concert. I could not hear properly the singer and the seats are very odd.
