珠海粤海酒店 — Attraction in Zhuhai

The hotel is in excellent condition, not only from the external view but by its internal decoration and design. Though the hotel has been in service for some years now but it had been renovated recently with new hardware in each guest room, that included the newly installed automated flush toilet in each guest room. They also have a revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel, where you can enjoy a full buffet of various Chinese and Western cuisine. At the same time, you can enjoy the 360 degree view of the ZhuHai city.During my first 4-day stay at the hotel, I was very impressed by the warm welcome displayed by its front desk staff, they facilitated me with fast and efficient check-in and check-out.They are very helpful if you are seeking information about the hotel, transportation, restaurant and about the city. I was very grateful for its front desk team, especially Ms. Wu Lu Ling for her professional service and willingness to offer help.She helped me to receive the delivery of my online purchased items (a total of 11) even when they were delivered in multiple different occasions,she helped me check them out and storing them safely in the hotel luggage room till my arrival.She also helped my room upgrade after checking with her supervisor on my second visit to the hotel on 2 August 2023. Her supervisor on that day was very welcoming and friendly, she asked her hotel staff to deliver my 3 pieces of luggage from the hotel luggage room to my guest room.I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel again when I visit ZhuHai next time and will strongly recommend this hotel to any travelers who are seeking a good comfortable and affordable accommodation...

Due to the high room rate in Macau during weekends, we in total of 5 people, decided to stay in Zhuhai for our accomodation.||||Guangdong Hotel is one of the properties of China Travel Services and rated as a 4 star hotel which is quite a large scale hotel in Zhuhai. It took around a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Border Gate. ||||The whole check-in process is smooth and efficient. As we are having 5 people staying together, we have booked an apartment which located just opposite to the hotel main building. After our check-in, we were instructed by the hotel staff that we need to go up to 2/F and cross the link bridge to take the lift. The environment is very quiet and throughout our stay, we haven't seen other guests. It seems that there are not many people staying in here. The room is very spacious with a home feel like. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in here. ||||Generally speaking, the environment is clean and acceptable. However, may be due to a long term vacancy of the room, one of the room has a very bad smell. Luckily, we got our own air cleaner spray. And the drainage system is one of the bathroom is not too good making the water staying in the bath tub.||||Overall, with such a low room rate, this is considered as a good place for a group of people and friends to stay...

Our friends booked this hotel for us based on location to Macau and the price. We are a family of four and have shared a single room in other hotels where there were two queen beds. This hotel only offered 2 single beds. This would not have been a problem if we were made aware at the check in. It was obvious there was 4 of us as they took our passports as ID , so i think at this stage the check in personnel should have made us aware that there were only 2 single beds. After travelling from Hong Kong by ferry and waiting for 45 mins for a taxi it would have been nice to get into the room and relax but instead we had to try and organize alternative accommodation. We were told there were no other rooms available with bigger beds but did offer an apartment at an extra cost. I asked would we get a discounted rate on a second room but was told it would cost the same. We agreed on a second room. ||The positives are the rooms are nice and clean and have good facilities, the hotel pool was nice and the kids enjoyed relaxing there. The location of the hotel is also good.||Would i stay here again and the answer is...
