The cafe is located in a relatively isolated place in an industrial area but it is easy to get to by car or cab. Entry fee is 35 RM (inclusive of complementary ice cream and 1x dog food packet ) and they sell finger food as well as drinks at a very reasonable price. There are two ‘sections’, one for the big dogs and another for the small dogs which is separated by a gate that is easily accessible. They have a wide variation of dog breeds, corgi/golden retriever/ pomeranian etc. The dogs were all very friendly and energetic when we went in the afternoon around 2pm on a Sunday. They were all craving for our attention often coming in for a belly rub or a pat! The place was very clean, the staff cleans any poo or urine on the floor immediately and sprays the spot with aromatics, hence the place smelt very pleasant. The staff were all very friendly, helping us gather the dogs for a photo. The place was also very aesthetic! Do remember to bring your own socks if not you have to purchase 1! Overall a very pleasant experience and will highly recommend if you are looking for a dog cafe to go!

Doggies were sooo cute but I really wish for better management of the place. I might not wish to visit anymore because it feels bad to support such a business because of the following reasons: 1) there were no rules for visitors. I saw some kids really just force carrying the small dogs even when they are growling and trying to escape. One of the kid even flexed to me that he carried a small Pom to the big dogs section and the small Pom almost got eaten by the big ones. Honestly, the parents who are watching their kids as they do these kind of nonsense are really terrible… but surely the cafe has a part to play, set some rules in place and step in when these kids who don’t know better won’t do such things to the precious babies. 2) doggos were aggressive to one another and biting each other to the point of injuries. I saw several dogs that were already injured and while I was there I also saw them getting injured. I checked with staff and staff said they do apply meds which is good but in the first place they should be better taken care of to avoid such behaviour 3) I went there at 1pm when they were first opened, for about 2h. Half of the big dogs were perpetually sleeping. It’s not a good practice to make the dogs work for such long hours, no segregation between work and rest, and because they have to be there for such long hours, those which are tired have got no proper environment to rest. As a business it makes sense to maximise profits, but when you are running a dog cafe you gotta make sure it’s ethical and not a torture to your doggos. It might also be a better experience for visitors if visiting hours are reduced; they might come more often if they see the doggos being well rested and energetic. 4) there were so many dogs and very few staff watching, were not able to step in to stop some of the fights happening

I really regretted my visit to this dog cafe as this meant I supported a business that doesn’t take proper care of the dogs while making money off them. There are lots of flies and the floors were dirty. When I was there (4pm), most if not all of the dogs were lethargic and napping. The saddest thing was that I noticed that one of the chow chow had an eye infection and it was still left in the open area for guests to play with. If the owners are dog lovers, wouldn’t they seek medical attention immediately? There was another pug/frenchie that had greenish paw pads. They have puppies for sale on the second floor as well but I didn’t go upstairs and don’t wanna imagine the breeding practices they have. As a dog owner, it was really heartbreaking to see these dogs kept in such conditions. It’s totally different from videos I saw on 小红书 and Tiktok. Won’t be patronizing this place again. Pls look at the photo and video captured during my visit. It’s really saddening to witness these dogs in a sad state.

A good place to hang out if you love dogs, especially big dogs. The price is very affordable, just need to pay for minimum a drink (RM 19.90). Located in an industrial area, it is 30-45 min away from CIQ/JB Sentral. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was not crowded. Not sure if it's cos of the raining weather, most of the dogs are peaceful napping. I did get to play fetch with a French bulldog but the other dogs are either more interested in food or sleeping. The place is fairly good and it's good that you don't need reservation and there is no time limit how long you can stay. They also have a good selection of food, from hot pot to western food. Definitely a good place to check out from family or a group of friends. I read some reviews saying it's smelly but I think the smell is alright. Only down side is that the staff can be more attentive and swipe up the dog urine cos I stepped into a puddle.

Located near Mount Austin, this pet café is tucked within an industrial estate along the main road—easy to find and a great spot for an afternoon visit. The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers light snacks and ice cream for visitors. Entry fees are reasonable at RM30 for adults and RM15 for children. Socks are required (RM2.50 if you forget to bring your own), but I recommend wearing a pair you don’t mind discarding after, as the floor tends to gather a lot of fur. All the dogs are well-groomed, healthy, and incredibly friendly—especially with children. That said, parents should still keep an eye on their little ones. The dogs are divided into two sections: one for the larger breeds like poodles and chow chows, and another for the smaller, fluffier pups like Pomeranians. Overall, a fun and heartwarming experience. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in JB!

Located in Mt. Austin area but 1.5km from main business area. I guess that's why they can take entire building and convert into a doggie cafe. They specialized in standard Poodles but there are other dogs like golden retriever, Alaska dog and Pomeranian dogs etc... Dogs will run up to you if you hold snacks but a lot of staff are around on weekend to maintain crowd control of the dogs. There are staff at the gates to make sure dogs are kept within compound Staff clean up pee and poo very fast within 5mins. Only drawback is this is open building without air-conditioning so the dogs flop in front of the portal air-con machines when the crowd is lesser. Entrance fee: RM19.90 onwards depending on the drinks/food order. No time limit. Affordable if you consider other cafe charge by per hour.
