Toscana Loft Apartasuites Bogotá — Attraction in Bogota, Capital District

This was my third visit to Bogota and the third apartment that I have rented there. It was a very pleasant surprise and by far the best of the three facilities that I have used.||First, it had an elevator. I did not have to carry my luggage (with clothing for 2 weeks of beach and mountains) up three flights of stairs. ||Second, the room was spacious, clean, and modern. More importantly, and unlike the other two facilities I had used, the kitchenette was well-equiped. I did not have to request any cooking utinsels from the reception desk. (At one other facility, I asked for a kettle to boil water and received a small tin kettle, a relic from the Conquistadors, that didn't work well on the stove.) It had a coffee maker and a microwave and a refrigerator. The key essentials. Only bad thing was the placement of electrical outlets for charging devices.||I should note that each room has it's own router for internet access. Thus, it provides a high level of digital security that I have never seen in my travels.||Third, it was located near the main entertainment venues in Chapinero and numerous restaurants. A main thoroughfare is a block away, but it is a quiet location. An old apartment building is being turned into a hotel. The walls lack insulation, and the area is okay during the day, but it's not advisable to go out after dark. An employee named Hermes is exceptionally rude; he threatened to charge me extra, claiming visiting hours end at 10 PM. When I had guests over, he treated them rudely. Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and despite reporting it, they didn't fix it. Their website falsely claims they can speak English and Spanish. Do not stay...

Cuando llegamos la reserva era para 2 personas cuando tenia una reserva para 4 personas nos dijeron que ellos recibieron para 2. Tube que confirmar que eran para 4 personas. El cuarto que nos ubicaron era una cama con el sofa cama cuando abrimos el sofa cama estaba dañado solo había solo dos toallas y no tenia extra sabanas para el sofa cama y el señor del front desk no tenia extra toallas ni tampoco sabanas, lo único que me proveo fue dos cobijas. Al siguiente día la Señora Sarah trato de ubicarnos y ayudar de acomodarnos, desafortunadamente no se podia ubicarnos en otro cuarto, pero por lo menos mando arreglar el sofá cama, pero no fueron capas de dejarlo tendido o dejar las extras sabanas para el sofa cama ni tampoco las extras toallas ya que 4 personas tuvimos que usar 2 toallas que había desde el día anterior. La señora Maria Paula que estaba en el front desk tubo que proveer lo que la señora Sarah no pudo terminar de solucionar con todo un día donde se le había dicho lo que necesitaba. Me parece que si ofrecen un sofa cama deberían de tener en cuenta dejar extra toallas y extra sabanas, a demás verificar bien las reservas de cuantas personas hay no asumir así no mas, ya que hacen pasar un mal rato al cliente ya que se usa un servicio para descansar y pasar lo mas agradable que se pueda no a solucionar problemas por falta de...
