Gut Spa — Local services in Bogota, Capital District

It was a very nice, relaxing experience overall and a good value for money. There are a few things that could be improved. The level of water in the jacuzzi was quite low, and it would have been nice to have a clean/dry towel for each stage (the towel was already sweaty after the sauna but I had to use it to dry myself after the jacuzzi). My biggest compliant is the dry paper towels used to wipe the oil off my body after the massage - very harsh on the skin at the end of a relaxing experience! It would be much better to use a cloth dipped in warm water, rather than having paper towels scratched...

I was about to make a same-day reservation through WhatsApp. Their response was prompt. I appreciate I could reserve through English and there's a staff who speaks English on-site, perfect for a tourist like myself. The massage service was excellent and well worth the value. I explained which areas they should focus on and they listened. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep during the session! I would definitely go...

Es una lastima gastar la plata allá.. las personas son muy amables.. pero el lugar no es bonito... Y. ... Una hora de masaje muy pasito... Y 30 minutos en jacuzzi al cuál solo le servía la mitad de los hidromasajes... Entonces nos tocó turnos para poder tenerlos... Y sin espuma😔. Y no nos ofrecieron una ducha...😢😢😢😔😔😔 Pensé que por el sector iba a ser una mejor experiencia, pero por el mismo precio hay lugares mejores... lástima. Porque son muy amables.....

Gracias por responder. Por eso digo que se nota el compromiso.. son muy amables...pero solicité el servicio sin sauna..y ese fue el que me ofrecieron... Y yo entré al baño pero la verdad nunca ví la ducha... Fui a lo que fuí 😉y así la hubiera visto... Cuando salimos del jacuzzi nos dijeron que fuéramos a cambiarnos. La verdad no sé que hubiéramos hecho con más tiempo... Pero gracias 😊 ahh y así como hemos tenido muy malas experiencias y otras no tan malas... También hemos tenido buenas experiencias... En especial los que quedan en Modelia .. son lindos y con los mejores masajes... Ésta vez buscamos más la ubicación que nos...
