Lana — Attraction in City of Zagreb

This place is amazing. I can’t get enough of it to be clear.

But one experience really made a difference and made me decide to buy my Niche fragrances only here.

Went inside to check on one fragrance that was so hyped I wanted to try it on my skin. I had such a warm welcome from the lady who worked there, she showed me the desired brand, suggested another few to try and had such a nice conversation with me about niche perfumes. The offer is amazing, so many niche brands you can’t easily get everywhere. Very knowledgeable and kind lady who worked there.

I was expecting a snob type of behavior since I was on my way to a supermarket, and haircut so not very dressed up, but on contrary it was such a pleasant experience and she treated me like a king. Thank you for this experience and...

The service is terrible. This is not my first time in this store. They never give me the testers I ask for. I buy expensive perfumes here, costing €250–300. The curly blonde gave me a tester of the wrong perfume, not the one I requested.

The service is awful. No one approaches you. They look at you as if you came to steal perfume, not buy it. Who owns this store? Where else can I file a complaint?

Razne parfumerije i razni svjetski lanci parfumerija se otvaraju u Zagrebu, ali u posljednjih 20ak godina, niti jedna od njih se, prema mom mišljenju, ne može mjeriti s parfumerijom Lana. Ako želite naći idealan proizvod preparativne ili dekorativne kozmetike, ako želite pronaći baš poseban parfem kakav dugo tražite, svaka od srdačnih, simpatičnih, strpljivih, stručnih i uslužnih djelatnica će vam posvetiti dovoljno vremena - dobit ćete svoj, usudila bih se reći, vip tretman. Čak i ako je posjetite samo zbog kvalitetne preporuke/savjeta, otići ćete vrlo zadovoljni. Parfumerija Lana je puno više od parfumerije. To mjesto je utjeha ako imate loš dan i utočište za sve nas u trenucima kad poželimo biti lijepi, mirisni i njegovani. Jednako vrijedi i za posjetitelje i za posjetiteljice.
