The apartment is super warm, cozy and neat. Martina was kind enough to keep our luggage before and after we checked in and out. Moreover, she let us check in earlier. Also, she shares a guide of the city and has some maps on the appartment. We had once a problem to get in due to the system with keypads and she helped us. La posizione è ottimale: si può raggiungere il centro a piedi o con il tram a pochi passi da casa oppure spostarsi più lontano, verso lo zoo, ad esempio, con il tram che ferma proprio di fronte al portone principale. L'appartamento si trova al quinto ed ultimo piano dell'edificio; NON sono scale ripide, quindi tutto sommato sia arriva in cima senza troppa fatica. All'interno della stanza c'era tutto il necessario: delle pantofoline (riutilizzabili), sapone per i piatti, spugnetta e panno per la cucina nuovi, tovagliette per la colazione, strofinacci, stoviglieria e alimenti di prima necessità come caffè, sale, zucchero e camomilla; nel bagno asciugamani, sapone e phon. Il letto era molto confortevole ed il wifi funzionava benissimo. Martina è stata presente per ogni necessità o domanda, ci ha permesso addirittura di entrare prima dell'orario di check-in. Oh ist das schön eingerichtet und mit echt viel liebe neu renoviert, man merkt das sie sich Mühe gegeben haben nicht nur mit den Wandtattoo sondern auch mit den Gästemappe! Selten so etwas übersichtliches gefunden. Wifi und AC inklusive. Klein aber fein ist hier die Devise 😍

Leider muss ich doch ein Stern abziehen da es im 5ten Stock ist und das mit Gepäck echt hard ist...
