Zipline Croatia — Attraction in Grad Omiš

The ziplines are very well maintained and the views are gorgeous! The first couple of routes involve ~10 minutes of uphill hiking so be prepared. After the first few, the remaining routes are directly connected so minimal walking is involved. You'll have one line available to do tandem with a friend and get a good selfie video!

Now here is the reason for my three stars. We appreciated all but one of the instructors. Our group's experience started with him making a somewhat bitter comment at us for confusing our start time (our time was at 9:30, we assumed the group leaving at 9:20 was ours). Throughout the experience, we also noticed that unless you speak English very well, you will encounter blatant frustration from this particular guide which will sour your experience. We couldn't help but notice the rudeness towards a group of foreigners that were in our party that he didn't show towards others. It was two hours of bad attitude noticed by several others. I'd be happy to share more details with the owners if they would like more information.

We'd like to thank the other instructors who made sure we were safe, were very patient, and answered our questions without bitterness. To the other guy, I hope it was just a bad day but this seems to be a pattern based on...

Absolute must when travelling around Croatia. The scenery is to die for. It is never enough once you slide down the first wire. My parents in there late 50s enjoyed themselves so just picture yourself flying above the water and you will be impressed with the view and the rush it offers.

Only down side.... actually one thing that almost got us out of it is that we were not told of the fact that they do not accept any of the cards. So we had to withdraw the amount for 4 people off an ATM which was such an unpleasant surprise and the lady who was sitting at the office couldn't be careless about how frustrated we were.

The guys who led the way and guided through us up and down the mountain however were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely pay to have her trained for the sake of the company as we were so close to withdrawing ourselves from doing this activity.

I will certainly go for another ride when we return to Croatia as the actual experience was remarkable and amazing. Fabulous enough to forget about the reception staff.

We went zip lining on 23/08/19 and we had an amazing time! Make sure you have cash as they do not take card. Once you pay and sign the forms cars will take you to the starting point (about 7mins) where you are fitted with harness, helmet and gloves. The walk to the practice line isn’t too far, and the guides explain everything you need to know. They hook and unhook you on every line, and there are only 2 signals to brake or keep going, it is very easy to follow. Although it was 36° that day, most of the time there is shade to stand in while you wait. Make sure you bring lots of water and sunblock as you will be outside for almost 3 hours. I would recommend not wearing white as some of the walking tracks between lines are pretty dusty, and wear comfortable closed toe shoes as the tracks are rocky and uneven in places. You can tandem ride and take videos on your phone/camera on only 1 of the lines which is slower and easier. Overall definitely...
