We visited yesterday, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The customer service was shockingly bad and left us deeply disappointed.
The girl at the sales counter was incredibly rude from the beginning. When I simply asked for directions to the yellow slide, she snapped and said, “I’m not here to show you where you should go.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place meant to be family-friendly. We were traveling with small children and specifically wanted to avoid the black slide, but when we asked the boy stationed at that slide for help, he was equally rude and dismissive. He told us, “If you don’t want to go on the black one, you’re not going on the yellow ones either.”
This kind of behavior from staff is absolutely unprofessional. Instead of offering a simple explanation or pointing us in the right direction, both staff members made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Even when we asked for a refund due to the poor treatment, the girl refused — and only after insisting did she get up and begrudgingly show us the way, while the male staff member continued to complain in his own language as we walked away.
To make matters worse, there were hardly any signs in English, which made navigating the facility frustrating. A few clear signs would go a long way in helping visitors find their way without needing to rely on unhelpful staff.
We traveled a long way with high expectations and were met with rudeness, confusion, and disappointment. This experience ruined our day. I strongly suggest management retrain their staff on basic customer service and communication skills. Right now, I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone —...

Amazing countryside and fun for ages 7 - 12. If you have any younger than thay you'd have to fork out 100 crowns per kid for the lift up the hill as their little legs wouldn't cope. We managed to walk around and see all the sites paying for the forest walk, slide and the large adventure park.
The place was practically empty when we visited in early May I will for sure visit again next year with my class again and suggest anyone who enjoys countryside and has children to visit.
The only downside was the fact it gets pricey when you want to visit all attractions, makes it nice as you can pick and choose but makes it expensive if you want to see it all. Also I was incredibly disappointed to see they have some caged animals right in the centre of a forest, seems extremely uneccessary to have a reasonably common Jay and Magpie bird locked up in a cage and some slightly rare squirrels and wild cat. It really makes no difference to the overall visit if they have 2 squirrels, a magpie, Jay and some random wild cat locked up...
Read moreYesterday evening I decided to take my kids for a ride. First ride was everything fine I also did it with both of them, second round my son from the middle (11 years) and my daughter (10 years) went by themselves. It was close to 6pm. We were waiting and few minutes later only my daughter arrives. We started to look for my son desperately and trying to ask for support from the bob bahn operator who did not give much importance (and did not understand a single word of English), and started to turn off the toy. Few minutes later he decides to ride to look up what had happened to my son I see my son arriving from the middle of snow desperate and crying because the train had stopped in the middle of the track, and he saw lights where turned off. He had to walk maybe 150 to 200 meters on the snow to his knees to come back to us. Really an horror story for us. No procedure control to check last ride or any security camera to check...
