Pops Diner Box — Attraction in Frederiksberg Municipality

Ordered 2 crispy chicken burgers on Wolt, and they came not cooked. One can feel the chicken was not cooked enough as it has this rubbery and chewy texture when biting into it. I had to throw both burgers, as I didn't feel safe to eat them. Contacted the restaurant through Wolt and they refused to take responsibility. Seriously, imagine if someone has the chicken at the restaurant and it wasn't cooked, I doubt that they could deny the responsibility. It's a pity as I have been a frequent customer and have had the burgers many times and it tasted great, but not this time. Best vegetarian burger in my life (although I had better vegan ones 😉). I've always ordered the same Tasty Veggie without cheese and always can expect exactly the same, no order mixed, always packed with filling. Burger patty (I'm pretty sure is from Naturli) is quite dry, but the amount of chilli Mayo, greasiness of onion rings, and softness of sunny side up egg give it to the burger great balance between crispness and softness.
