we came here with a chef friend of mine for work-related stuff, which, of course, meant that we were able to try a lot of different sandwiches. And man, oh man, their sandwiches are so good. I think we tried five or six different ones, and I was literally bursting — I ate so much.

All of their sandwiches are amazing, but the warm sandwiches at Hero Deli are on another level. For sure. The warm ones are insane. So flavorful, so creative, and just really, really well done. Big recommendation from me.

Their bread is homemade and absolutely wonderful. The dipping sauces are great. The pickles are great. They’re really pushing the boundaries of what a regular sandwich shop usually does. You can feel the whole New York inspiration mixed with a Copenhagen vibe, and it works perfectly.

This was a wonderful experience — wonderful, wonderful, really, really delicious. Definitely a place I’ll come back to and...

Absolutely delicious sandwiches. There are flavours for anyone, and the sandwiches are absolutely enormous. We did not need to have dinner after we had this for lunch.

I recommend eating the sandwiches immediately, and not bring it home with you. I suspect the bread would be a bit more crispy and nice in that case - we took it home and it had really soaked up the juices and...

Excellent place! Super cool hipster vibe with great decor, great music, good staff and incredible smells. Comments on portion sizes being too small are unfounded. I got the Mortadella sandwich and barely ate the whole thing. 10/10 Action Bronson if you’re reading this you seriously need to feature this place on F*...
