CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! We paid the charge to go into the beach club which was amazing cus you have a credit to use for what you paid for. However they did charge us the full amount. They did not take into account the pre paid coverage that covers your meals and drinks. Be very vigilant on your transactions and make sure you are charged correctly cus they tried to charge us the full a mount and not what we already paid for. Other than that it was a nice time. They made our experience truly special they were attentive, warm, and quick to assist. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond. Falsely advertised the amount of bedrooms to inflate the price. We only were able to take 1 warm shower and I was there 5 days. Staff did nothing to solve the problem, but contacted me twice since we left about a washcloth, maybe they should call a plumber. SMH Bugs in bathroom I was scared to bring my toiletries bag back to the states! Beautiful property wish the staff...
