Thought I would give this place a try, as I walk by it quite often.
After today's experience, I will continue to "walk by". Service was non existent. Took 15 minutes for drinks. never once asked if we would like another beer. First 2 plates of food came out 45 minutes after ordering. The next 2...15 minutes later, only after my wife went in to see what was happening.
To my major disappointment, after waiting for an hour with Quiet Riot blasting in my ears (I love classic rock, but not in a place like this), no beer in my hand...out came "what I did not order". They offered to correct it, but I did not have another hour to waste over lunch, thus, I did not eat at all (made myself a pizza when I got home).
The wait for the cheque was...I will let you guess....yes indeed....SLOOOOW! Once again, my wife went in to ask for the bill. I feel bad that I had to leave a mandatory 10% tip. No one on the staff deserved a peso...let alone 10%.
We dine in Punta Cana Village at least once a week and overall the service and food has been great everywhere we have been, up to today.
Positives??? My wife and kids enjoyed what they ordered, even after waiting a considerable time to be served.

My Family and I were in Punta Cana for a lil over a week we went here atleast 5 times almost everyday for dinner! 😊🤣 Everyone knew us by heart...Anyways the food is delicious! The service is slow so just make sure you are not in any type of rush/hurry. We ordered a lil bit of everything every night our driver took us so honestly too much to name. I enjoyed the Shrimp Tacos and the Crunchy shrimp wrap with fries and fresh Strawberry 🍓 juice! My Son's highlight was the cheeseburger and fries(Kids🤷♀️) and he also enjoyed the fried chicken wrap! My Parents ordered different things every other night but they enjoyed every single thing they ordered and the prices weren't bad at all either! Some places esp outside the United States know that if it's a tourist area they charge astronomical prices for nothing bc they know most are not from there but NOT here,that's a plus as well. Our new favorite place in the area. Our first visit was on my wife's birthday. I hadn't made arrangements beforehand, but I thought I'd try to ask for some last minute help when we arrived for dinner. I had no expectations. Just a little hope. They rose to the occasion and made it happen.
We've returned a couple of times since. They're great with the kids and just laid back and nice in general. It's a perfect atmosphere if you're just looking to unwind, have a drink or two, and enjoy some incredible smoked meat.
I'd expect for the level of service and quality that the prices would be on the high side. Not at all the case, however. It's all quite reasonable and the posted prices are the prices charged.
I wish this establishment and all of their supporting staff great success for years to come.
