Read moreToo much flies all over. Food was like cooked early morning, I was there about 5:00pm. Soup too salty. My daughter waited twice as me because the chicken breast was burnt oit and have to, re-do it again. So at the end, i asked for the bill. So i have to pay 28% estra on top of the bill. waiter never told me that 10% from the 28% was hers; I asked her that if tip was part in the bill and she said, not. So I gave her another tip. Later I find out that she rip me off. You don't do that to people.
I found out that the owners of restaurants in the dominican republic hold the 10% and may or may not give it to the waiters.
