An Oceanic Delight in the Heart of Helsinki Sea Life Helsinki is an Absolute gem Nestled in the heart of Helsinki. As an avid lover of marine life, I had high expectations, and I must say, this place exceeded them all. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the vibrant and immersive exhibits that beautifully showcased the wonders of the ocean. The aquarium's design is simply breathtaking, with stunning tanks that transport you to different underwater realms. The variety of marine species on display was impressive. I encountered an incredible array of colorful fish, mesmerizing jellyfish, graceful seahorses, and majestic sharks. Each tank was carefully curated, offering an up-close and personal experience with the marine inhabitants. The knowledgeable staff members were always on hand to answer questions and provide fascinating insights about the creatures. One of the highlights was the Walkthrough tunnel, where I found myself surrounded by a mesmerizing underwater world. It was an awe-inspiring experience to have Sharks and rays gracefully glide above me, creating an unforgettable memory. The interactive touch pools were an absolute delight, especially for families and children. Being able to touch starfish and other friendly creatures added an extra element of excitement and education. Sea Life Helsinki also places great emphasis on conservation and education. They offer informative presentations, highlighting the importance of marine conservation and the need to protect our oceans. It's inspiring to see their commitment to raising awareness about these critical issues. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall organization was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about marine life. The gift shop had a wide range of marine-themed souvenirs, making it impossible to leave empty-handed. Whether you're a marine enthusiast or simply looking for a unique and educational experience, Sea Life Helsinki is a must-visit destination. It's a place that sparks wonder, curiosity, and appreciation for the beauty of the oceans. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

SEA LIFE Helsinki is a lovely spot to spend a couple of hours, especially if you enjoy marine life or have kids with you. The aquarium is well laid out, with different zones that guide you through various underwater habitats. The highlight for us was definitely the ocean tunnel—you get to walk right under sharks, rays, and schools of fish, which is a magical experience. We were lucky to catch a feeding and even got to touch shark eggs, which added something really special to the visit. The staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions, which made the whole experience feel personal and engaging. It’s not the largest aquarium, but it’s thoughtfully designed, educational, and fun. A wonderful choice for families with children, and also a surprisingly unique and memorable idea for a date

We arrived two hour after their open time . It was their not-so-crowded time on Tuesday. The website recommended us buy online tickets with 2eu discount per ticket. However, after the payment, the complication started when they asked us to install an application for showing online tickets. After many clicks and fails, we decided to go anyway and asked the staffs to see our receipts from email. The staff was kind and understandable our situation and we got inside. My baby was under 3 so she needed no ticket. It was nice trip. Ps, one minus point is the baby toilet was too hot. We were almost sweaty while changing diaper. Even though there were minus points, we would like to visit the place again as the fish collection is good and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
