We visited the Konepaja Bambu Sushi restaurant with a group of four friends and a dog.
We enjoyed of very fresh and good quality well prepared food, sushies and sushi bowls! Sushi bowls had a balanced combination of veggies, warm rice and protein sources. Apparently, the fried lotus roots, seen in the photos and still written in the paper menu, don't belong to the dishes anymore. Though they are neither mentioned in the menu online.
Service was absolutely great! Before the visit we used their customer service chat on the web page and got friendly answers very fast. Promises made in the chat were kept in the restaurant too: almost everything can be made 100 % gluten free and salmon sushi bowl dinner can be made with fully cooked salmon. The service in the restaurant was friendly too! Good options for drinks!
The ambience is nice, calm, and cozy. The restaurant is small but doesn't feel stuffed. Decorations and tableware (chop sticks, plates etc.) are beautiful and well thought. We liked the real plants, cushioning of the benches, and flowers on the tables. The restaurant was clean too. The toilet is a bit hidden behind the curtains.

I chose to sit in to shelter from the rain. There were some comfy seats and quirky art lading the walls.
I decided to go for the several types of salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi , the salmon plate which consisted of maki, Nigiri. On the side I selected the miso soup and edaname beans.
Everything tasted fresh and delicious although first time I'd been served a mug of miso! The sake I didn't appear to get a choice is i wanted it hot or cold but it was still nice!
