My visit to the Royal Château of Blois was truly unforgettable, and much of that is thanks to Mrs. Narine, who works at the museum. Her professionalism and knowledge significantly enhanced our experience. Not only is she an expert in her field, but she also speaks multiple languages, including Armenian, Georgian, Russian, and of course, French. This made the visit much more accessible and engaging. Mrs. Narine went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comprehensive understanding of the Château’s rich history. Her passion for the subject matter was evident in every explanation. A special thank you to Mrs. Narine for her exceptional service. The Royal Château of Blois is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented professional on their team. We highly recommend this museum

A great places to visit, and a must if you are in or near to Blois. We paid €11 discounted by the campsite we were staying at, and then paid €3 for an audio self guide device, which basically explains each room or exhibit to you as you progress on your tour around the Chateaux. It's certainly well worth seeing as their is much history to learn and architecture to see, including an art museum over the entrance. We spent about 2 hours on our tour, although you could spend less or indeed more time if certain exhibits grab your attention. There is also much more to do here if you wanted to pay more, eh an evening sound and light show, and more again outside the Chateaux. Highly recommended 😃

A very large castle; there is so much to see that the considerable admission price is reasonable. Much effort has been put into restoration of the building; much more needs to be done, especially wrt the art collection of which many, perhaps most paintings show the patina of the ages to such an extent that they are hardly viewable, especially when they are either kept in the dark or hung in such a way that it is impossible to view them well because of reflections from windows and other light sources. Many effigies of old kings of france, notably Francois I and Henri II and III.
