We didn't manage to visit this place last time we visited Brest but this time we made sure to check out Tanguy Tower, I would highly recommend visiting, if you're into history and especially the history of brest as it has a comprehensive set of well decorated dioramas and lots of information, as well as the Local guide as he spoke very Fluent English, which as someone who isn't very good at french I found to be very pleasant.
As well as being fluent I can't complement him more for engaging in English and having a conversation about the second world war and how it would've changed the course of history had the Germans taken the town of brest and utilised their port.
