One of my favorite beaches around Monaco, not many people, as it's hard to get by public transport. You can drive, there is parking lot, or take train to Cap d'Ail and walk trial by seaside 1,5 km to the beach. The trail is very safe for kids. The beach is small pebbles, which is great as it's not as sticky as sand, sandy when you enter, no huge drop, kids friendly.
