Uvita — Restaurant in Nice

I came for a first time to this place. I took the sunbed and later ordered an artichoke salad, menu said : artochokes, parmesan, tomatoes. When I ve got the salad, I saw there were much more ingredients as listed, but the only thing bothered me, there were plenty of little chopped onions inside. I immediately said to the waiter, that I dont eat onions, its not mentioned in the menu, neither he informed me. I asked to change it. The waiter refused, saying he will take them out 🤦🏼‍♀️ which is literally impossible. Ofc onions were still present when he came back with the plate.. I think its very un respectful behavior to the clients ! Specially I mentioned the indigestion for this ingredient. Generally the atmosphere and ppl working there didnt seem to have a positive vibes. Even when I called an other person to order smth, he made an eye roll ! And then coming closer put a fake smile - which he didnt even hide.

So I would not recommend this place if you are used to a good service standard.

I don’t know what happened to the staff here, from the basic service staff to the manager. We reserved seats in advance, but she deliberately took us to the worst seat at the far end. We sat there for at least 20 minutes. The waiter didn't come. It's like we don't exist.The seats were very empty and there were only a few groups of customers. Finally, we had to call the waiter, but she still didn't come . The second time she took us to a terrible table again. We were finally forced to leave this beautiful restaurant because its unpleasant .We didn't know what we had done to offend those stuff. Are the waiters or are they treated poorly working here? After seeing other people's comments, it's true. Owner, please save your restaurant. Your stuff is ruined your lovely place .Your staff's service attitude are terrible. I haven't encountered such an unfriendly restaurant in a long time. In comparison, the service staff at the restaurant next door are very friendly and make people feel happy and...

Catastrophe! Don't go there, it seems like it was their opening day. Very poor service. Staff not trained. We went there when it was about to rain ; asked to be seated on the covered terrace, which was completely empty ; for some ungiven reason the staff didn't want us to sit on the terrace. So when it started raining, we got wet ; they tried to add umbrellas to cover us, but it was impossible ; so we were still getting wet. At the same time we were trying to get the staff to take our order to be a quick as possible. Even though one of the staff saw me and looked at me directly in the eyes, she never came to take our order. After waiting for too long, we decided to leave the place and go somewhere else....
