I stopped by because it was close to my hotel, and Vietnamese food is usually a safe and enjoyable choice. I ordered summer rolls and pho, and made a point—multiple times and even with a photo—to clarify that I wanted fresh summer rolls, not fried spring rolls, as fried food doesn’t sit well with me.

Unfortunately, the waitress still brought out spring rolls. I explained the mix-up and politely declined to eat them. Despite not touching the dish, it was still included in the bill. When I went to pay, she asked me to come to the bar—away from the other customers—to settle the bill, which felt unnecessarily awkward.

When I pointed out the charge for the incorrect rolls, she refused to remove it. I let it go to avoid a scene. But when she told me it was cash only, despite a visible card machine, and I mentioned I only had a card, she sighed, looked irritated, and reluctantly brought over the machine.

Disappointing service and a lack of flexibility ruined what should’ve been a simple, pleasant meal. I...

I'll preface this by stating that my standards for Asian restaurants is high. I would not recommend this neighborhood Asian restaurant in Cap d'Ail, but if you do go, stick with the more authentic dishes, such as the bean thread vermicelli with tofu or seafood. The Chinese dish we had was of poor quality & taste, and the portion of food are very small. Our fish in 'spicy basil' was ruined (by freezing?) and normally would be sent back. The flavors were unrecognizable. The spring rolls looked small & greasy. Even the bowl of white rice was sticky & very small. Service was lackluster. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was not a...

Very nice people and the food was very good. I’m definitely spoiled by the Vietnamese food in Los Angeles,,, so understand that if you think I’m being too critical. The prices were reasonable but the portions were small. The Cantonese fried rice needed something more..... suck a small portion again....

The fried Vietnamese spring rolls were small and the only vegetable to wrap them up in was the lettuce and basil.... again I am used to getting a huge plate of veggies at Golden Deli or Vietnam House in Alhambra.

Still, If you are aching for some Vietnamese food in this part of the world, this is a...

Wow. We were blown away by the magnificent food and view! The best meal we have had on our two week trip across Italy and France. Flavours were delicious! We had the mango salad, two types of spring rolls, calamari with lemongrass sauce and Peking duck. Would happily have it all again tomorrow.. in fact we might just do that. I hope more people can discover this restaurant, escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Monaco and meet the lovely lady who works here.
