It was a disappointing visit, for which we paid 70 Euro - 2 sunbeds and one umbrella. 1) female "manager" is very rude and not welcoming, 2) male staff tried to put us on line 5, when we paid extra to be on line 2 (when we showed the booking he was swearing and screaming for a few minutes before allowing us to get what we paid for 3) umbrellas are crocheted and do not protect from the sun at all 4) public beach on both sides of this so called "private beach", so we did not feel safe to leave out belongings (no security staff and no "borders" between public and private beach, so everyone was walking and swimming at this "private beach"), 5) we had 6 overpriced cocktails, not so good in quality and all in plastic glasses 6) no changing rooms on premises 7) no wifi whatsoever 8) the beach has no good view (overlooking the port), and a lot of see weed, not very pleasant, water looks very dirty 9) the beach has some sand, but of very poor quality, more like small pebbles 10) no parking on premises 11) the toilets are on premises, however, the toilet paper is not replenished and toilets are not checked. Good points? Can't think of any, as we felt extremely unwelcome from the...
Read moreSublime beach on Monaco’s Cap d’Ail with helpful staff and absolutely terrific music providing a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. It was exactly what we hoped for when planning our stop in Monaco.
We checked into the Marriott next door without a clue what to do, walked over to Naos Beach and the staff was amazing. They provided us with quality, sturdy beach chairs complete with knit parasols that let a little sun through but not too much. They will happily provide more shade upon request.
The beach chairs have wooden cubbies you can use to conceal any valuables, although I should mention, we felt totally comfortable leaving our belongings on the chairs while taking a dip in the aquamarine waters of the Mediterranean. The slice of beach is fenced off such that ne’er-do-wells and miscreants are unable to get in.
They served us bottles of an excellent rose at approachable prices and even the lifeguards were nice and polite.
I would recommend bringing waterproof sandals as the sand is slightly rocky but otherwise a perfect experience. I was able to walk barefoot with an injured big toe no problem (wife stepped on my foot in Paris two...
Read moreThis beautiful beach club located in Cap D’Ail, next to Monaco is Amazing: we were staying at Fairmont Montecarlo and the hotel has a shuttle service for driving you to the beaches near the Hotel, so we choose Naos Beach. Is a really good place to relax, enjoy the Côte-de-Azur, have some drinks, and even good food: we did not eat at the restaurant bur ordered some Paninis, and they were awesome.
The beds at the beach are super confortable, the offer you clean towels, and the umbrellas are really good protecting you from the sun but at the same time, allowing the sun rays to pass-through and have a nice tan!!! Unfortunaly I don’t have pictures of the place because I was so relaxed that forgot To take some of them!
The attention of the waiters is excelent, very kind, Polite, and they speak besides French (of course) english...
