The Saint Denis tourist office (aka POP) is a great place to orient yourself in a town that lacks visible tourism. The employees were helpful with maps, a discount passport for local attractions and souvenirs. They were really positive ...but did not always have up to date opening hours on attractions so Google verify. Very limited shop hours, closed on Mon & Tues. Le lieu, très bien situé en face de la basilique, est agréable et riche en informations papier et en idées cadeaux. En revanche, au niveau du personnel, cela n'est pas au niveau de notre ville : ça fait trois fois qu'on me conseille d'aller sur le site de la ville pour répondre à mes questions sur la programmation : merci pour le tuyau ! Hier, la personne, incapable de me dire s'il faut réserver pour une pièce de théâtre du programme Bel hiver, me suggère d'aller sur Google pour savoir où est le théâtre des 3T rue Saint-Just, alors que bon, c'est le lieu de feu "la belle Etoile", théâtre mythique de la Plaine. J'en passe pour d'autres fois. Le personnel est gentil et aimable, mais il faudrait qu'il soit un peu...
