The place is very interesting and it gives a unique perspective. Unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. We were with our disabled daughter, who travels with a Reha Buggy. We asked the woman at the ticket office if the museum is barrier free and she confirmed we can easily go with the buggy. Unfortunately that was not the case, and we had to carry her on the stairs on multiple occasions during the tour. Later on the tour we meet with a guided group and there was a woman in a wheelchair that had someone to accompany her. The option was not presented to us at the ticket office, maybe because we did not speak French. It seems that the employees do have some suitable routes for wheelchairs but there were none around for us to be able to ask for help. The sunmarine is in an adjoining building -seperate entrance accsess too the roof of bunker is free (for me on the day) which gives a commanding view of port. They have ipads around with information in English, French and German its not just information some have games and puzzles. There are two different toilet stops.
