The Frisco Silver Dollar Line Steam Train is a relaxing and scenic ride through the Ozark Mountains around Silver Dollar City. The train goes through portions of the theme park and then out to a loop on top of one of the mountains. On many trips their is a brief performance of hillbilly comedy. However, during the Christmas festival (Nov-Dec) there is a biblical story of Jesus birth.

Always a treat to ride at night when all the Christmas lights are up. It's worth the wait, and the trains have a high capacity so you don't wait as long as you think you will. I don't recommend getting snacks at the snack station, though... I waited a long time and never got served before I had to get on the train. Hopefully it was just a one-time thing.

The greatest attraction on the planet. I've gotten season passes for 6 consecutive years just to come and enjoy this railroad.

Great train ride. You see lots of the park and there are some funny acts along the way. Lasts about 20 minutes.

The Frisco Silver Dollar Line is a 2 ft narrow-gauge heritage railroad and amusement park attraction located in the Silver Dollar City amusement park in Branson, Missouri. The railroad opened on May 27, 1962, making it the oldest operating ride at Silver Dollar City.
