Unsere Erfahrung ist eher enttäuschend! Eine RayBan Sonnenbrille wurde gekauft. Bereits nach wenigen Tagen, konnte Mann diese kaum noch tragen, weil die Sonnenbrillenbügel so ausgeweitet war, dass diese immer bei jede falschen Bewegung fallen könnte. Autofahren war damit nicht möglich, einmal nach unten schauen sollte man ganz sein lassen. Wir tragen immer diese Marke, daher sind wir bessere Qualität gewohnt! Eine Reklamation wurde angefragt, Brille wurde zurück gesendet. Heute kam ein Telefonat, es heißt: „Die Garantie umfasst einige Ding nicht „ Weiterhin heißt es: „ Bsp. auf Glas und Bügel gibt es keine Garantie“. Worauf sonst gibt es eine Garantie, auf die Schrauben etwa?????! .. und dann heißt es, die Brille wurde „ganz“ getragen, daher keine Entgegenkommen?! Sollte es nur halb getragen werden, oder was? Vielleicht heute mal ein Glas und eine Bügel, nächste Woche das andere Glas mit der anderen Bügel?!
