White Monkey Düsseldorf Airport — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I ordered a large hot chocolate. After I paid I saw that the woman making it was grabing a small cup so I said excuse me I order a large. So they said ok and made me a large. It was in a cup with lid so I could not see inside of it. When I took it with me and opend the lid to put sugar in I saw that it was black coffee. So I went back and I saw another woman so I said to her that I order a large hot chocolate and I got a large black coffee. She said oh ok sorry I will make a new one. When she was making it the man that took the order and woman that made the order saw and said what are you doing her. The other woman said that I got the wrong order. They both started screaming and being very rude and they where accusing me of lying. I tried explaing that I order in english and the man taking my order spoke German and little english and maybe he missunderstood. He and the woman continued accusing me and being racist towards me. The woman that made my order again was very nice and tried calming them down saying that maybe they missunderstood. Very poor service of the man and woman and they very super rude....

I went to this restaurant starved after a long flight from England to Germany, when I came to this restaurant everything seemed fancy, I ordered a “Gourmet” pizza I waited little to no time. I was surprised at the speed of my pizza (It was frozen) the pizza was deceiving, I ordered a margarita and I got a pizza no sauce and disgusting tomato slices on top with horrendous cheese on top of not pizza but burnt peta bread I took a bite and it was atrocious! The staff ignored acting if as I was a ghost, I eventually had an inkling of service and I asked the waiter for the manager and apparently there was no manager, one cashier, one waiter and two chefs. The horrific pizza I Received smelled like vomit, talking about hygiene they had filthy cutlery, plates looking like they were made by hyenas and the amount of dust on the tables was billions of specs too many. And finally I recieved all this for 20 euros for just my TEN YEAR OLD SON!

I was at the airport and I was first in line and they started to service others and they defenently saw me. Then I tried to find a seat and no one ca e so I went again to the cashier and they told me I had to get back in line and they tried to talk to me in German even if they knew I talked english. Then I asked for a pizza and the service lady laughed in my face rudely. I understand if they don't serve pizza until 6 hrs after they open but it is very unneccesary to be rude to tired passengers that only asked if they could order a pizza. I will never recommend anyone to eat there. The service lady tried to humiliate me and I felt really bad after this experience. A few witnessed this bad attitude. She didn't even try to apologize.
