The Botanical Garden Erlangen is a fantastic destination for anyone interested in plant life and nature. Not only is it a beautiful and serene space, but it's also completely free to enter, making it a great budget-friendly option.

The garden features a diverse range of flora from around the world, including a large collection of orchids, succulents, and tropical plants. Visitors can explore several themed areas, including a Japanese garden, a Mediterranean section, and a collection of native plants from the surrounding region.

One of the highlights of the Botanical Garden Erlangen is its large greenhouse, which houses a stunning variety of tropical plants and trees. It's a great place to escape the cold and rainy weather of Erlangen and immerse yourself in a lush and vibrant environment.

Overall, I highly recommend the Botanical Garden Erlangen as a must-visit attraction for anyone interested in plants, nature, or just looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to spend an afternoon. And best of all, it won't cost you a...

This is a really nice place if you are interested in flowers and also a great place to bring children. There are countless amounts of different varieties of flowers, succulents, terrariums of some other plants, carnivorous plants and more. They also maintain fishes in the lotus ponds, which children might enjoy. They have guided tours and other activities that you can book through their website. There's no entry fee. Unfortunately, Glass (Green) House was closed when I visited, due to COVID restrictions, but I could see it from outside and it's...

Really amazing botanical garden with a variety of plants, ferns and cactus from all over the world. It is located from walking distance from the Erlangen Hbf. The garden has a nice layout which guides you from one area to another. There are also aquatic plants and ponds with fish and water lilies. You should keep about 1hr at hand if you want to keenly look at the plants and flowers.. The place also has a washroom for ladies and gentlemen so don't...
