Amazing experience for just about everyone at a reasonable price. The greenhouses are filled with plants from all over the world, divided into different houses like palm trees, water plants,... which are well taken care of. Unfortunately, there are only few descriptions and facts on the plants and they are only in German. It took about 2 hours to see everything in the greenhouses. To see everything else outside, one would need to spend up to 5 hours. There was a mushroom exhibition that was also interesting with rare types on display. The Biotopia lab was a must for children and all science-lovers: there was a flight simulation, microscopes to look at a grain, and many other activities to learn more about foods and crops. The outdoor area was gorgeous with multiple flower gardens. It is perfect for a long walk in nice weather with banks along the way if you need a short break.

Yesterday, we visited this amazing world of flora for the first time. I must say that’s not definitely our last time. We started with an exhibition by a flower artist. Our toddler enjoyed the entire garden very much, specially, the greenhouse of the palm trees. The fossils of those palm trees are dated back to the dinosaur era (150 million years old). The garden is an ideal place to take children during a holiday. They get very excited seeing the ducks, turtles and all the plants from all over the world. Lastly, about the mobility. There is a well designed path which are accessible by wheelchairs and strollers throughout the garden. Also, a cafe is situated right in the middle of the garden with many spectacular gazebos around. So, after a long walk, it is nice to have a cup of coffee and cake viewing the amazing flowers around.

The garden is beautiful with its diversity; you can stroll through it for hours and enjoy every minute spent in it. And if you get tired of the exotic, lovely cabbage and tomatoes await your attention in the beds. 😁 A note for ice cream lovers; I want to mention that there is a café on the garden grounds. The photo of the ice cream on the menu and its real appearance don't match. I ordered ice cream with berries, but they brought it with berry jam. The dessert is covered with a huge layer of warm cream, by the time you reach the ice cream through them, you'll already be full and won't fit anything else. We couldn't finish it, but it was very delicious. It's better to order ice cream without cream. P.S. If you see a bug-eyed fish, don't think it's happy to have your attention; it just wants to eat you.

The garden is near Nymphenburger palace and the entry ticket is around 5 €. There are different exhibitions and a wide variety of flowers planted in an astonishingly beautiful manner in the garden. As well as a huge plant house, each room in it has a different theme and climate with various flowers and plants. Moreover, there is a laboratory for children to play and as the entry is free for children, it is perfect for families as well. There is also a shop to buy souvenirs. But the most amazing thing about this place for me was the picturesque view of the old small palace from the garden with all the beautiful and colorful flowers. Don't miss it if you are in Munich.

Amazing place to explore and admire nature. Easy access by tram. Stop is just at the main gate. Visited with friends and we love to lost especially in this hot summer day. The garden is large divided in many parts. There are couple of green houses. There was spring flowers exhibition on. It’s best to enjoy all of the colourful flowers, the green houses, learn more about nature and don’t forget to enjoy fishes & tiny turtles in one of greenhouse. Entry fee is €5.50 and kids free so it's great to bring your kids and help them learn or you can have a very nice family day out. There is a cafe, restrooms and big lake in the middle of the park.
