The Thormann-Speicher, located at Stockholmer Straße in Wismar’s Old Harbour, is a historic neogothic brick building constructed in 1862 by Johann Christian Thormann, a prominent merchant and shipowner. Originally used for grain storage, it has a floor area of about 4,000 m² and was modernized in 1907 with cranes and a loading bridge.
