I have been a loyal customer of Palace Mall since 2018, and over the years, my shopping experience has been consistently enjoyable and rewarding. From the West Hills Mall branch to the Spintex Road location, each visit has given me reasons to keep coming back. My favorite sections are undoubtedly the kitchenware, vegetables, fruits, and cleaning supplies. These areas are always well-stocked, neatly arranged, and offer a wide variety of quality products to choose from.

One of the initiatives I truly appreciate is the introduction of the shopper’s discount card. This idea is not only fantastic but also shows that Palace Mall values its customers and is committed to rewarding loyalty. It makes every purchase feel even more worthwhile, knowing that regular shoppers are recognized and appreciated.

Another highlight of Palace Mall is its welcoming atmosphere. No matter the season—whether it is Christmas, Easter, Ramadan, or other special holidays—the mall always creates a lively and festive environment that makes shopping more than just a routine. The decorations, promotions, and overall setup add a sense of excitement and joy to every visit.

I have never left the mall disappointed. The staff are generally courteous, and the services provided meet the expectations of a modern shopping center. Acclaimed and preferred by many, compared to the Shoprite mall which is not far, the Accra Palace mall is next block from Oak Plaza Hotel.

The Palace mall is a well stocked hyper-shopping center, incorporating an impressive supermarket and a verry interesting and attractive non food section.

Their appliances and sports department is great. It clearly seems that they were highly inspired by the World's top Supermarket's design such us Ace for their Electronics and Hardware section; Walmart and or Target for their Home Decor section! It is clear that they have not reached the high classy styles and structures of the World's best, but they have good prices and your experience will be really fun.

Two glitches however:

Among one of the vast shopping centers in Ghana. This hub has all human needs available in unlimited varieties one could choose from. Located in the serenical spintex enclave with vast parking lot and wide spaces available for any costumer on foot or on wheels.

Various labelled shelves with well organised products and produce making it accessible for costumers to easily locate items, which eases off stress during shopping. Enough attendants available to assist anytime one may need their services. Enough on-duty cashier sections to fasten service transactions.

Available items ranging from food produce, hardwares, interior textile and home decor, kids play items, carpets, electronics of various kinds for both domestic and industrial use.
