First of all, I don't think you should use Google Maps for this one. To point the way you should be using, yes. If you do use it, you'll end up in a parking lot across the Sound of the Sea Hotel. Which is a great place to buy water, if you didn't bring enough of it with you.
There's an off-beaten track there, though, so you can climb up, I think. I didn't want to go there on my own and there were no other people.
And I really don't know if there are any great ruins to see there. But what I do know, if you go to the top, you'll get great pics of Pigadia.
So, if you are walking, when you reach the top of your walk from Pigadia, there's a wooden sign on your left, pointing left. It doesn't say anything. Follow that sign and you will end up close to two private properties, so be respectful, and from there you can take nice pics.
It's definitely an exercise, nothing dangerous, but bring at least 1 l of water...
