Paralia Achladies — Attraction in Skiathos Municipality

The best beach in Skiathos for people without a car. The beach is located a few minutes walk from bus stop 10, it has a lot of free/public space compared to the more popular beaches and is much less crowded. It offers the same as the other beaches and more in my opinion, it is amazing for snorkelling as I saw an Octopus and many different species of fish, it has clear waters, beautiful sand and so much space. The views are as good if not better than the other beaches as you have flowers, greenery and mountain/island views. Yes there is no shower nor a toilet but most of the beaches don’t have those anyway. Also when you get off the bus stop you have Gyros, Pastries and a Shop there so instead of paying a fortune for food at the beach, before or afterward you can get a meal and drink there. Besides being the closest beach to our hotel, this was also one of the nicest beaches we found on Skiathos. It is sand without tons of rocks or seaweed, and the water was crystal clear.
