Într-un colț liniștit al Munților Bükk, la poalele Palatului Lillafüred, se întinde ca o oglindă verde-smarald lacul Hámori. Născut din nevoile industriei metalurgice în secolul al XIX-lea, acest lac artificial și-a transformat destinul, devenind astăzi un adevărat refugiu natural și turistic. Plimbându-te de-a lungul malurilor sale, e imposibil să nu simți pacea pe care o răspândește. Vara, barcile și hidrobicicletele alunecă lin pe apă. Susurul izvoarelor care îl alimentează și foșnetul pădurii din jur creează o atmosferă de vis, completată de apropierea cascadei Szinva și a grădinilor suspendate. Hámori-tó nu e doar o întindere de apă, ci un spațiu viu, unde natura, istoria și omul conviețuiesc armonios. Este locul ideal pentru relaxare, contemplație sau pur și simplu pentru o evadare din cotidianul agitat.
