This historic site known as Raja Maidam containing the graves of 2 Ahom Kings Swargadeo Kameswar Singha and Swargadeo Purandor Singha has been converted into a park. But now this park is in a deplorable condition due to the negligence of the concerned authorities. It is a pity to see this historic site in such a pathetic condition.

Including the pond which I think had a fountain once. Maybe it can be fixed and beautified which will serve the residents and some tourists alike.
